RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
FOR GRAND AVENUE EXTENSION—
UNDERGROUND LINE RELOCATION PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS,P&E Engineering Company has filed a certificate of completion for the Grand
Avenue Extension—Underground Line Relocation Proj ect for the City of Ames,Iowa,in accordance
with a contract dated October 23,2007,by and between the City of Ames,Iowa,and Michels Power
of Neenah, Wisconsin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the Grand Avenue Extension — Underground Line
Relocation Project has been fully completed by the Contractor in accordance with the
terms of the contract and is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $19,280.00.
Section 3. The amount due Ames Trenching & Excavating, Inc., of Ames, Iowa, is
hereby ordered paid as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
