NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 009 on contract with HPC, LLC, of Ames, Iowa, for the CyRide Office Building Expansion Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
