RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENTS OF
IRINA BASSIS,RACHEL SORENSON,AND JOELLEN ZMOLEK NYQUIST
TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERMS OF OFFICE
ON THE PUBLIC ART COMMISSION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS,due to resignations from Isa Mbaraka,Jerry Busta,and Chris Martin,Public Art
Commission members,it is necessary to appoint replacements to fill these unexpired terms of office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the appointments of Irina Bassis, Rachel Sorenson, and JoEllen Zmolek Nyquist to fill the
above-mentioned unexpired terms of office on the Public Art Commission are hereby approved and
adopted and are effective as of this date.
ADOPTED THIS 27`h day of May, 2008.
