In accordance with the Certificate ofthe Public Works Department,the utilities and asphalt base paving required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner. Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby lessened to$30,000.00 for the remaining work that includes asphalt surface paving,lighting,and the Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance Bond.
