NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 on contract with Evaptech, Inc., of Lenexa, Kansas, for the Unit No. 8 Cooling Tower Rebuild be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
