RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
WAL-MART SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department, the
utilities,traffic improvements,and PCC required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the
above-named subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
lessened to $24,000 for the remaining work that includes electric facility improvements, traffic
signage, and pavement markings on South Duff Avenue and the Construction Site Erosion and
Sediment Control Ordinance Bond.
ADOPTED THIS 12`'' day of February, 2008.
