NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 3 on contract with Country Landscapes, Inc., of Ames, Iowa, for the Duff Avenue Green Space Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
