RESOLUTION NO. 07-150
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that a contract for the
rehabilitation and sale of real estate described as:
Lot 20 in Melrose Park 1"Addition to Ames, Iowa,
also known as 2125 Furman Drive, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said contract
and to execute a Quit Claim Deed to the above-described real estate, subject to the terms of the said
contract.
ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2007.
