Home My WebLink About~Master - Expansion of lime sludge dewatering lagoons RESOLUTION N -04 REs o o . 07 g RESOLUTION RESCINDING AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY FOR THE EXPANSION OF LIME SLUDGE LAGOONS WHEREAS,the Council authorized property acquisition by condemnation as needed for the lime sludge lagoons by Resolution No. 06-176 on May 9, 2006; and WHEREAS,the Council has determined that expansion of the Lime Sludge Lagoons is no longer feasible; THEREFORE,be it resolved, that the authorization to acquire property by condemnation as needed for the lime sludge lagoons is hereby rescinded.
