RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT DRAINAGE AND TRAIL
EASEMENT FROM BRADSHAW FARMS,L.P.
WHEREAS,property adjacent to and necessary for the planned S.E. 16th Street Bridge and
Street Paving Project is required for construction of a surface water drainage area and for
construction of a bicycle and pedestrian trail; and
WHEREAS, Bradshaw Farms, L.P., agrees to convey to the City of Ames a permanent
drainage and trail easement in consideration of the sum of seven thousand one hundred seven dollars
($7,107.00);
WHEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Permanent Drainage and Trail Easement from
Bradshaw Farms,L.P., and payment of consideration for same, is hereby approved.
