Home My WebLink About~Master - Spring 2007 mini-grant contracts RESOLUTION NO. 07-023 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPRING 2007 COMMISSION ON THE ARTS (COTA) MINI-GRANT CONTRACTS FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA WHEREAS, the Commission On The Arts (COTA) met on November 6, 2006, to finalize recommendations on funding for arts organizations'mini-grants from the COTA 2006/07 budget;and, WHEREAS, these mini-grant recommendations total $4,234; and, WHEREAS, the following contracts have been returned for Council approval as follows: Actors $ 1,427 Central Iowa Symphony 742 India Cultural Association 738 Searching for Shakespeare 1,327 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Spring 2007 COTA mini-grant contracts are hereby approved.
