HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Affirmative Action Annual Analysis RESOLUTION NO. 06-495 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION ANNUAL ANALYSIS FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS,the City ofAmes Affirmative Action Plan and Policy requires that the Affirmative Action Officer perform an availability and utilization analysis at the end of each fiscal year; and, WHEREAS,the purpose of this analysis is to identify areas of the work force that do not mirror the gender and ethnic/minority characteristics of the available, qualified population; and, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa, that the Affirmative Action Annual Analysis for Fiscal Year 2005/06 is hereby approved and attached hereto.
