RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NOS. 1-3
ON CONTRACT WITH
MANATT'S,INC.,
FOR 2005/06 ASPHALT RESURFACING PROGRAM AND
2005/06 SEAL COAT REMOVAL/ASPHALT RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order Nos. 1 through 3 on contract with Manatt's,Inc.,of Ames,Iowa,for the 2005/06
Asphalt Resurfacing Program and 2005/06 Seal Coat Removal/Asphalt Reconstruction Program be
approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 25t''day of July, 2006.
