RESOLUTION PROPOSING A LEASE TO SPRINT SPECTRUM, L.P. AT
THE SITE OFTHE CITY OF AMES WATERTOWERON BLOOMINGTON
ROAD AND SETTING A DATE OF HEARING PER SECTION 364.7 CODE
OF IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that:
Section One. It is proposed to lease to Sprint, a site for the location of wireless personal
communications service apparatus on the site of the City water tower on Bloomington Road, on the
terms and conditions stated in a proposed written lease now on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Section Two. A public hearing with respect to the said proposed lease shall be held in
conjunction with the City Council meeting scheduled for December 20, 200 and the City Clerk
shall cause notice of the hearing to be published as required by law.
