RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NOS. 3 & 4
ON CONTRACT WITH CASEY INDUSTRIAL, INC.,
FOR COMBUSTION TURBINE GENERATOR PROJECT -
CONTRACT NO. 12,ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order Nos. 3 and 4 on contract with Casey Industrial, Inc., of Alpharetta, Georgia, for
the Combustion Turbine Generator Project-Contract No. 12,Electrical Installation be approved and
adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of August, 2005.
