NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order Nos. 3 and 4 on contract with Casey Industrial, Inc, of Alpharetta, Georgia, for the Combustion Turbine Generator Project, Contract No. 11, Mechanical Installation be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
