Home My WebLink About~Master - Completion of Water Line Utility Installation - 2400 Oakwood Road, Oakwood Road Church RESOLUTION NO. 05-032 RESOLUTION CERTIFYING COMPLETION OF THE WATER LINE UTILITY INSTALLATION ACROSS THE OAKWOOD ROAD CHURCH PROPERTY AT 2400 OAKWOOD ROAD FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS, BDL Excavating of Marshalltown, Iowa, has completed the water line utility installation across the Oakwood Road Church property at 2400 Oakwood Road in an acceptable manner; and, WHEREAS, the improvements have been inspected by the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa, and found to meet City specifications and standards. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the water line utility installation across the Oakwood Road Church property at 2400 Oakwood Road is hereby approved.
