RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
FOR MISCELLANEOUS ELECTRICAL MATERIALS FOR
DAYTON AVENUE SUBSTATION, CONCRETE MANHOLES
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the Electric Services Department has filed a certificate of completion for the
Miscellaneous Electrical Materials for Dayton Avenue Substation,Concrete Manholes,for the City
of Ames, Iowa, in accordance with a contract dated March 23, 2004, by and between the City of
Ames, Iowa, and Lister Industries of Des Moines, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the Miscellaneous Electrical Materials for Dayton
Avenue Substation, Concrete Manholes, has been fully completed by the Contractor in
accordance with the terms of the contract and is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $12,253.50.
Section 3. The amount due Lister Industries of Des Moines,Iowa,is hereby ordered paid
as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of August, 2004.
