NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 4 on contract with KRI Company of Ames, Iowa, for the 2003/04 Water System Improvements Program be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
