In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the paving required as a condition for approval of the final plat of the above-named Subdivision has been completed in an acceptable manner. Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby lessened to $13,000 for the remaining work that includes construction of sidewalks.
