RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SOUTH GATEWAY DEVELOPMENT SUBDIVISION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the utilities
and paving required for the South Gateway Development Subdivision, Phase IA, are hereby
accepted as complete and satisfactory, and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 26th day of August, 2003.
