Home My WebLink About~Master - Change order for 6th Street Reconstruction and Streetscape Improvements RESOLUTION NO. 03-290 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 ON CONTRACT WITH MANATT'S, INC., FOR SIXTH STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS AND 2002/03 CYRIDE ROUTE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the above contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 3 on contract with Manatt's, Inc., of Ames, Iowa, for the Sixth Street Reconstruction and Streetscape Improvements and the 2002/03 CyRide Route Reconstruction Program be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
