Home My WebLink About~Master - Verification of notice of occupancy limits to rental property owners and tenants RESOLUTION NO. 03-234 RESOLUTION REGARDING VERIFICATION OF NOTICE OF OCCUPANCY LIMITS TO RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS AND TENANTS FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS, on May 13, 2003, Mayor Tedesco presented a proposal pertaining to the regulation of rental housing; and, WHEREAS, the City Council discussed the ten points of the Mayor's proposal at their meeting of June 10, 2003. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that City staff is hereby directed to develop a document that could be utilized by the rental property owners and tenants to verify that both parties have been informed of the occupancy limits.
