RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEED OF
WOLTER PROPERTIES,L.C.
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Warranty Deed
of Wolter Properties,L.C., for certain land at the southeast corner of the intersection of Sixth Street
and Grand Avenue in the City of Ames is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall cause the said Deed to be filed
for record in the Office of the Story County Recorder.
