In accordance with a confirmation received from the Planning and Housing Department,the landscaping required for 117 Stanton Avenue is hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and, Section Two. The security given to guarantee performance of the landscaping requirement is hereby released and shall be returned to the developer. ADOPTED THIS 12th day of November, 2002. Diane R.
