RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NOS. l THROUGH 6
ON CONTRACT WITH
CON-STRUCT, INC.,
FOR 2001/02 ARTERIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROGRAM
(NORTH DAKOTA AVENUE)
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Change Orders are necessary and proper on the
above contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order Nos. 1 through 6 on contract with Con-Struct, Inc., of Ames, Iowa, for the
2001/02 Arterial Street Rehabilitation Program (North Dakota Avenue)be approved and adopted
as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 12t''day of November, 2002.
