HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Major Site Development Plan for 3726, 3732, and 3812 Tripp Street RESOLUTION NO. 02-569 RESOLUTION APPROVING MAJOR SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 3726,3732,AND 3812 TRIPP STREET FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS,the developer is requesting approval of a Maj or Site Development Plan for three 12-plex apartment buildings located at 3726, 3732, and 3812 Tripp Street on approximately 1.79 acres of land; and, WHEREAS,the site plan includes three apartment buildings with 12 units and 108 off-street parking spaces; and, WHEREAS,the property proposed for development is two lots described as Lots 12 and 13, South Fork Subdivision, 1st Addition; and, WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this request, and it recommended approval with the stipulation that the developer provide to City staff an executed copy of the cross-access agreements for vehicular access and parking prior to this item being brought before the Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, the Major Site Development Plan for the three proposed 12-plex apartment buildings located at 3726,3732,and 3812 Tripp Street is hereby approved with the stipulation that the developer provide to City staff an executed copy of the cross-access agreements for vehicular access and parking.
