RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING
SUPPLEMENT NO. 2002-4 TO THE AMES MUNICIPAL CODE, 1995
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that in accordance with
the provisions of Section 380.8 Code of Iowa,a compilation of ordinances and amendments enacted
subsequent to the adoption of the Ames Municipal Code, 1995, shall be and the same is hereby
approved and adopted, under date of October 1, 2002, as Supplement No. 2002-4 to the Ames
Municipal Code, 1995.
Adopted this 22nd day of October 12002.
