RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
BROOKVIEW PLACE WEST SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the asphalt
base and surface paving required for the Brookview Place West Subdivision, 1st Addition, are
hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of July, 2002.
