RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF
PEGGY JOHNSON
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF OFFICE OF
KEN SMITH
ON THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Ken Smith from the Human Relations Commission
of the City of Ames, Iowa, it is necessary to appoint a replacement to fill this unexpired term of
office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the appointment of Peggy Johnson to fill the above-mentioned unexpired term of office on the
Human Relations Commission is hereby approved and adopted.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of July, 2002.
