In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the asphalt surface paving required as a condition for approval of the final plat of the above-named Subdivision has/have been completed in an acceptable manner by Manatt's, Inc. Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvement(s)is hereby released. Done this 25th day of June, 2002. Diane R.
