RESOLUTION NO. 02-347 RESOLUTION APPROVING REVOLVING LOAN FUND FOR PRAIRIE LOGIC, INC., FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS,Prairie Logic,Inc.,has been awarded a three-year$38,500 loan at 6%through the City of Ames Revolving Loan Fund(RLF)program to assist the company in developing a new product; and, WHEREAS,the loan will be for the development of a medical field system that will utilize their Experience Capture System for physical therapy. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the City of Ames Revolving Loan Fund contract between the City of Ames and Prairie Logic, Inc., is hereby approved.
