RESOLUTION APPROVING HUMAN SERVICES CONTRACTS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002/03
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS,the City Council approved the recommendations of ASSET(Analysis of Social
Services Evaluation Team) for 2002/03 City human services purchase of service contracts; and,
WHEREAS, ASSET made recommendations which total $778,862 for 2002/03; and,
WHEREAS, the following contracts are being presented for City Council approval:
Ames Community Preschool $ 28,410
Center for Addictions Recovery 73,470
University Community Childcare 221938
Story County Childhood Collaboration 500
Campfire Boys & Girls 2,500
Heartland Senior Service 113,293
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the funding contracts for Fiscal Year 2002/03 for the aforementioned human services agencies
are hereby approved.
