NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order Nos. 1,2, and 3 on contract with Manatt's, Inc., of Ames,Iowa, for the 2001/02 Collector Street Rehabilitation Program be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
