RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY PLAN
FOR 2002/03
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS,the 2002/03 Pay Plan reflects the negotiated wage settlements with the five City
bargaining units as well as a 3.75% increase for non-union job classifications as approved in the
2002/03 City Budget; and,
WHEREAS, the statutory minimum wage is retained as the scale minimum for temporary
Unclassified Laborers and Office Workers,with a 3.75%increase for other unclassified job classes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the 2002/03 Pay Plan for the City of Ames is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of May, 2002.
