RESOLUTION APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2002/03
CENTRAL IOWA REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION
PLANNING WORK PROGRAM AND BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Ames is a member of the Central Iowa Regional Transportation
Planning Alliance (CIRTPA), as organized under Iowa Code Chapter 28E; and,
WHEREAS, annually, CIRTPA requests its member governments to approve the Unified
Planning Work Program and Budget; and,
WHEREAS,the budget to support the Unified Planning Work Program is funded by federal
funds and member government assessments; and,
WHEREAS, at least the majority of the CIRTPA member governments must approve the
Unified Planning Work Program and Budget; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Ames' member government assessment will be $4,413.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the Fiscal Year 2002/03 Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Work Program and
Budget is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of April, 2002.
