RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITY EASEMENT FROM
BECKER-UNDERWOOD REAL ESTATE CO.,L.C., OVER OR ACROSS
THE VACATED PORTION OF WATT STREET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the perpetual easement with Becker-Underwood Real Estate Co.,L.C.,to allow the City the right
to construct, reconstruct,maintain, and use electric lines and communication lines over and across
the vacated south 10.5 feet of the east 869.2 feet of Watt Street is hereby accepted.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of April, 2002.
