RESOLUTION APPROVING VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofAmes,Iowa,pursuant to Section 368.7,Code
of Iowa,that the voluntary annexation of land to the City of Ames described as follows and shown on the
attached map is hereby approved:
Legal Description for Voluntary Annexation:
Tract "A", Slide 114, Page 1 as recorded in the Story County, Iowa Recorder's Office,
December 6, 2001; and,
Parcel "J", Slide 112, Page 3 as recorded in the Story County, Iowa Recorder's Office,
November 19,2001; and,
Parcel "G", Slide 112, Page 4 as recorded in the Story County, Iowa Recorder's Office,
November 19,2001; and,
The North half of the Southwest quarter of Section 22,Township 84 North,Range 24 West
of the 5'P.M., Story County, Iowa; and,
The East Fifty(50)Acres of the South Half(S 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4) of
Section Twenty-two(22),Township Eighty-four(84)North,Range Twenty-four(24)West
