RESOLUTION NO. 02-102
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
EASEMENTS FROM HACH CHEMICAL COMPANY
WITH RESPECT TO THE
DAYTON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Parcel#23)
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Street Easement
Agreement, Electric Transmission Easement and Donation of Compensation by Hach Chemical with
respect to the Dayton Avenue Improvement Project(Parcel#23) are hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute the said Street
Easement Agreement, and the City Clerk shall attest thereto.
