RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
BROOKVIEW PLACE WEST SUBDIVISION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the utilities
and base paving required for the Brookview Place West Subdivision are hereby accepted as complete
and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
lessened to $56,500.
