RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
BLOOMINGTON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 9TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the surface
paving required as a condition for approval of the final plat of the above-named Subdivision has
been completed in an acceptable manner by Manatt's, Inc.
Section Two. There are no remaining improvements needed.
Section Three. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released.
