RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
BENTWOOD SUBDIVISION, 5TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the base
paving required as a condition for approval of the final plat of the above-named Subdivision
has/have been completed in an acceptable manner by Manatt's, Inc.
Section Two.The only remaining improvements needed are the asphalt surface,final fixture
adjustments, and streetlights.
Section Three. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
reduced to $11,200.
