RESOLUTION NO. 01-532
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION, 7TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate ofthe Public Works Department,the utilities
and paving required as a condition for approval of the final plat of the above-named Subdivision
have been completed in an acceptable manner by Ames Trenching and Manatt's, Inc.
Section Two. The only remaining improvement(s) needed are the ACC surface, manhole
adjustments, and street lights.
Section Three. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
reduced to $13,200.
