In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the street lights required for the Dauntless Subdivision, 4th Addition, are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and, Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the street lights is hereby released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
