RESOLUTION PROPOSING RELEASE OF JUDGMENT LIEN
ARISING FROM CITY OF AMES VS REGENCY BUILDERS,INC.,
AND REGENCY LAND CO.,L. C. ,
(CASE NOS.LA CV039232 AND LA CV039233)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that it is proposed that the
Municipal Infraction Judgment Lien against Regency Builders, Inc., and Regency Land Co., L.C., in
Story County Case Nos. LA CV039232 and LA CV039233,be released with respect to Lot Forty-six
(46), Somerset Subdivision Second Addition, Ames, Story County, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing pursuant to Section 364.7,Code of Iowa,
shall be held in conjunction with the City Council's meeting of August 14 , 2001, and the
Clerk shall publish notice thereof.
