RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF
FIRE LINE IMPROVEMENTS FOR R. D. STEWART BUILDING CENTER
AT 538 SOUTH DUFF AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, the fire line, as required as a condition for approval of the site plan for R. D.
Stewart Building Center at 538 South Duff Avenue, has been completed in an acceptable manner
by BDL Excavating; and,
WHEREAS, the above-mentioned improvements have been inspected by the Engineering
Division of the Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the completion of fire line improvements for the R. D. Stewart Building Center at 538 South
Duff Avenue is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 5th day of December, 2000.
