RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR STONE BROOKE SUBDIVISION
SIXTH ADDITION AND APPROVING AGREEMENT AND BOND
FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Municipal Engineer that the
following public improvements required for approval of the final plat of Stone Brooke
Subdivision Sixth Addition have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the
approved construction plans, the City Council accepts as satisfactory and complete:
storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main.
Section Two. An Improvement Agreement, secured by a bond in the amount of
$44,800.00 is hereby authorized with respect to the following public improvements
required for.approval of the final plat of the aforesaid subdivision- asphalt base and
surface',g d"street lights.
