RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
NORTHRIDGE PARKWAY SUBDIVISION, 18TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the surface
paving required for the Northridge Parkway Subdivision, 18th Addition, is hereby accepted as
complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
Done this 25th day of July, 2000.
