RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
BLOOMINGTON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, PLAT 9,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the utilities
and street base paving required for the Bloomington Heights Subdivision,Plat 9,are hereby accepted
as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
lessened to $25,000 (for street lights and asphalt street surface).
