RESOLUTION APPROVING VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF
TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA(SOUTHWEST AREA)
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,pursuant to Section 368.7,
Code of Iowa,that the voluntary annexation of land to the City of Ames described as set out on the
attached legal description and shown on the attached map is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Clerk shall file a copy of this resolution,map and
legal description with the Story County Recorder,the Iowa Secretary of'State,the Iowa Department
of Transportation, the Story County Board of Supervisors, and each affected public utility.
